Is the paper suitable for my printer? Yes. Pandastic bamboo paper works with all common printers and copiers, for both black and white and color prints. The paper is also suitable for double-sided printing.
Is there a noticeable difference between printing on bamboo paper and normal paper? No. The print quality is equal to that of traditional paper. You will notice no difference in the result.
Is bamboo paper really more sustainable than regular paper? Yes. Bamboo is a grass that grows extremely fast and can be harvested up to six times a year, without any trees being cut down. Traditional paper is responsible for large-scale deforestation. By choosing Pandastic, you directly contribute to the preservation of forests.
Where is the paper produced? The paper is produced in Sichuan province, China.
Is the paper certified? Yes. The paper is FSC 100% certified. This is the highest FSC label and means that all raw materials used come from responsibly managed sources.
Are the boxes environmentally friendly packed? Yes. The 500 sheets are in paper packaging. The five packs are bundled in an FSC-certified cardboard box. Both the paper and the cardboard are FSC-certified.
Can I also order per ream of 500 sheets? No. We sell the paper per box of 5 reams, which amounts to 2500 sheets per box.
How fast will my order be shipped? Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. The delivery time thereafter depends on the carrier.
What are the shipping costs? Within the Netherlands you pay €7.95. Free shipping for orders over €200. Within other EU countries you pay €12.95.
Can I place a large business order? Yes, you can. Please contact info@pandastic.nl for more information about business orders and volume discounts.
Can I receive an invoice for my business administration? Yes. After your order, you will automatically receive an invoice.
How does returning work? You can return within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Register your return via info@pandastic.nl.
