Return Policy

Returns Not satisfied? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Register your return via info@pandastic.nl. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will contact you within 1-2 business days.

Refund or exchange After receiving and checking the returned product, you can choose a full refund or an exchange for another product.

Return shipping costs The costs for return shipping are at the customer's expense. If there is an error on our part, such as a wrong or damaged product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
